HOW TO ORDER<\/div>\n

Payment of your order\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
We offer you the following means of payment: ATM Reference, PayPal and Credit Card.<\/div>\n

Processing your order<\/strong><\/div>\n
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive confirmation of payment. We only process orders from Monday to Friday, so if you place your order on the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed the next business day.<\/div>\n

Time to receive your order<\/strong><\/div>\n
After processing your orders, you will receive the same in 2 to 3 days, if the shipping address goes to Portugal; and within 7 to 10 business days if the shipment is to the rest of Europe. All orders are shipped by GLS.<\/div>\n

Where do I receive my order<\/strong><\/div>\n
Your order is shipped to the address you indicate when ordering.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Shipping<\/strong><\/div>\n
The shipping costs to Portugal (Mainland) are \u20ac 4.95; for Spain are \u20ac 7.95. You can check the remaining zones in the Terms and Conditions .<\/div>\n
Excluding promotional campaigns, orders over 50\u20ac in Portugal (Mainland), and for Spain, in orders over 120 \u20ac the shipping costs are free.<\/div>\n

Changes and Cancellations<\/strong><\/div>\n
Unfortunately, we can not make changes (for example: change size or color of an item, add or delete an item, change address or form of payment) to your order after it has been shipped.<\/div>\n
However, it is possible to cancel your order within 30 minutes of payment. To do so, please contact our customer service department, geral@inthmood.com<\/a>.<\/div>\n

Returns<\/strong><\/div>\n
If you are not satisfied with your order you can send it back to us, within 30 days of the purchase date.<\/div>\n
If you want to change any item for another color or size you must send back the received items and place a new order.<\/div>\n
The returning items must be in perfect conditions with the hang-tags still on. Please send us an e-mail to our customer service geral@inthmood.com<\/a> with the reasons for return.<\/div>\n

Returns shipping method are customer responsibility.<\/div>\n
Send back the order to us at the address below using any trackable\/insured shipping method.<\/div>\n

The refund will be processed, once the returning items have been received at our warehouse in the conditions described above, to the original payment method in the case of Credit Card and PayPal. By Postal Order or Bank Wire Transfer in case of payment with ATM Reference.<\/div>\n
